Who I Specialize in Working With
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults and couples who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, ADHD-related stress, or relationship disconnection.
They want therapy that helps them understand and change the deeper patterns behind these struggles.
Many of my clients are intelligent, responsible, and high-achieving yet internally exhausted, self-critical, and unable to relax without guilt.
This May Be a Good Fit If You…
Feel anxious or overwhelmed even though others wouldn’t know it
Overthink decisions or frequently second-guess yourself
Are hard on yourself and sensitive to criticism
Have tried self-help tools or short-term therapy that didn’t go deep enough
Are actively working to recover from people-pleasing and set healthier boundaries
Have ADHD, or are in a relationship impacted by ADHD
Feel lonely in your relationship or worried about its future
Want to understand the deeper patterns driving your struggles — not just manage symptoms

Looking for court-mandated therapy
Wanting a strictly skills-based or very short-term approach
Unwilling or unable to attend weekly sessions
This practice is not appropriate for individuals experiencing active suicidal intent, unmanaged substance dependence, psychosis, or those needing immediate crisis support. If you are in crisis, please contact 988 or your local emergency services.
My Approach
My work is insight-oriented and relational. I use attachment-based and emotionally focused approaches to help clients understand the deeper emotional patterns driving anxiety, people-pleasing, ADHD-related conflict, and relationship distress.
For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to identify negative interaction cycles and create new emotional experiences that strengthen connection.
This is not a short-term, worksheet-based model. The focus is on lasting change through emotional understanding and relational repair.
